Installation
These axles can be installed easily with no welding required. If you're changing a torsion axle to a spring model, you need to take a few extra measurements, which we can help with if you call (515) 608-8040.
Choose a 3,500 lbs. trailer axle with a double-eye spring design, where there are bolt holes and bushings on either end. Or, you can choose no springs to customize your purchase to suit your needs. Different hubs and brake types are also available.
Usage
Use a 3,500 lbs. capacity spring trailer axle to support light- to medium-weight loads, such as:
- Horse trailers accommodating one or two horses
- Boat trailers for personal watercraft
- Utility trailers for hauling tools and smaller equipment
- Cargo trailers for moving furniture
Most light trucks, midsized cars and SUVs can handle towing these capacities.

When parts of your trailer axle wear, you won't need to conduct a full replacement. Parts are easy and available to swap — simply unbolt old, worn components and bolt the new ones in place. With simple replacements and easy upkeep, spring trailer axles are a cost-effective option for trailer owners.

Needed a new axle at the end of my vacation because of a bad spindle. They were able to make me a fully loaded axle and paint it in less than 5 hours. Thank you for helping me out. Drove 1500 miles and I feel confident in the workmanship.
