They were incredibly helpful, and worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and got it done in time. Best communication by far, with good American representatives that know the product well. They actually called to verify the measurements and then verified I was taking them at the right places. They called when it was ready to ship to be sure I could be there to ask if I needed a lift gate. R & L transport arrived on time with a gate and a MOTORIZED pallet jack, drove the jack up the driveway and dropped it next to the trailer. All the extras others charge for are already included, self adjusting brakes, wiring ran inside the axle, easy lube caps, Blue high temperature synthetic grease not the cheap red stuff, even the pallet was made in the USA and it will make a fine fire wood rack. The spring and drum brake are china but that makes them easy to replace with standard off the shelf stuff. The welds are very nice and the tube and spring mounts were very precise and very well done. I called three times to ask question and got a real person fast who knew the product well. Highly recommended and worth the extra $120 which I would have paid anyways to get the included extras. Very pleased. They even used environmental waterproof wire taps, with a good sized copper wire, I don’t remember the wire gauge but it was more than adequate.Frank BoshJune 18, 2024

We are a commercial business that needs equipment up and running. We have a heavy duty trailer with a bent axle, called many vendors and all 5-6 weeks, got lucky found Blueswift axels they were able to fabricate a new axle and received in several day. Wes at Blueswift was able to build axels to my specs overnight and I dropped in to pick them up the next day. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The price was very fair and they helped load them into the van.
I’ve also sent several others to them for axels and help and ALL of them have gotten great service and the items they needed! I will always refer others in the RV industry and friends to Blueswift.

On our way across country and one of our leaf springs snapped on our enclosed trailer. If your on the need for a new axle then look no further for this is the place!!! I recently bought a 28 year old boat with a trailer that had a Dexter axle that was ready crumble apart. Dexter was quoting me anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks! I thought all hope was lost for my situation until I looked at Blueswift's website. They offer incredibly fast build times for your axle and with free shipping it was an absolute no brainer who I was going to go with. They walked me through getting all the measurments and talking me through what to exactly order. It made the process incredibly easy and 1.5 weeks later there it was getting unloaded off the truck in front of me! The axle fit absolutely perfect.
